Rosa Linguine Pescatore

Ingredients

1 can 28 oz. Rosa Tomato Puree
1 can 6 oz. Tomato Paste
3 tablespoons Rosa Pure Olive Oil
3 teaspoons Rosa Minced Garlic
1 lb. Rosa Linguine #7
1 uncooked lobster tail, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 squid, cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon Rosa Basil
1 pinch Rosa Crushed Red Pepper

Directions

In a large pot sauté the chopped onion and Rosa Minced Garlic in the Rosa Pure Olive Oil until lightly brown. Add the Rosa Tomato Puree and Rosa Tomato Paste. Simmer for 20 minutes uncovered. Stir in lobster. After 5 minutes stir in shrimp. After 2 minutes stir in squid. Add basil and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Do not overcook the squid or it will get tough. In a separate pot cook the Rosa Linguine until al dente. Combine everything in a large bowl and stir. Serve immediately and enjoy!
