1 lb. Rosa Cut Ziti #34
2 cans 15 oz. Rita Tomato Sauce
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Rosa Grated Parmesan or Rosa Romano
Salt, basil, oregano, and black pepper to taste
Cook the cut ziti according to the package directions. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9″ X 13″ glass baking dish. In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, grated cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, spices and cut ziti. Save some grated cheese and mozzarella cheese to melt on top. Pour the contents into the glass baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted and the top is nicely browned.
