Rosa Gomiti e Formaggio (Elbows & Cheese)


1 1/2 cups Rosa Elbows #47
1/4 cup Rosa Flavored Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Butter
2 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Rosa Mustard Powder
1 tsp. Rosa Fine Black Pepper
2 Cups Milk
8 oz. Sliced American Cheese
8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook the pasta according to the package directions but for only 4 minutes. Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Blend in the flour, mustard powder and black pepper. Slowly stir in the milk breaking up any lumps. Add the American cheese and mozzarella. Stir constantly until blended well. Stir in the pasta and pour into casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Cover with tin foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
