Rosa Italian Style Meatballs


1/2 cup Rosa Flavored Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Rosa Minced Garlic
1 tbs. Rosa Parsley
1/4 cup Rita 10% Blended Oil
1 tbs. Rosa Grated Romano Cheese
1 1/2 lbs. Groud Beef, Veal, Pork
2 eggs
1 tbs. Chopped Onion
Pinch of Salt and Pepper


In a large bowl mix the combined ground beef, veal and pork with the eggs, Rosa Flavored Bread Crumbs, Rosa Minced Garlic, onion, Rosa Parsley, salt, pepper and Rosa Grated Romano Cheese. Mix Thoroughly. Roll into meatballs the size of your choice. Next, add the Rita 10% Blended Oil to a large skillet. Brown both sides of the meatballs on low heat for 15 minutes. Place the meatballs on a plate with a paper towel to drain off any excess fat. Add to your favorite sauce and enjoy!
