Rosa Spinach Artichoke Dip

Rosa Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe


2 cans 14 oz. Rosa Whole Artichokes or Rosa Quartered Artichokes (drained)
1 package 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (defrosted)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup Rosa Grated Romano Cheese
1/4 cup Rosa Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 tsp. Rosa Minced Garlic


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop the artichokes to desired size. In a small baking dish mix together artichokes, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream
cheese, grated cheese and garlic. Top with shredded mozzarella. Cover dish with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
