Rosa Linguine PescatoreIngredients
1 can 28 oz. Rosa Tomato Puree
In a large pot sauté the chopped onion and Rosa Minced Garlic in the Rosa Pure Olive Oil until lightly brown. Add the Rosa Tomato Puree and Rosa Tomato Paste. Simmer for 20 minutes uncovered. Stir in lobster. After 5 minutes stir in shrimp. After 2 minutes stir in squid. Add basil and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Do not overcook the squid or it will get tough. In a separate pot cook the Rosa Linguine until al dente. Combine everything in a large bowl and stir. Serve immediately and enjoy!
