Rosa Pasta e Ceci (Rosa Pasta and Chick Peas)
Ingredients
2 cans Rosa 15 oz. Chick Peas 1 can 28 oz. Rosa San Marzano Crushed Tomatoes 1 lb. Rosa Ditalini #22 4 tbsp. Rosa Pure Olive Oil 2 cups of water 1 small onion, chopped 1 tsp. Rosa California Basil 1/2 tsp. Rosa Fine Black Pepper 1/2 tsp. Luna Fine Sea Salt
Directions
In a large pot combine the chick peas, crushed tomatoes, chopped onion, olive oil, water, spices and ham. Simmer for 30 minutes. In a separate pot, cook the the ditalini according to the package directions. Add the ditalini to the soup. Serve immediately and enjoy!
